What to expect
on your FIRST VISIT:
On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed and greeted
with a warm smile.
Some forms will be provided to fill out which will help us gain
some information about you and your condition.
Initial CONSULTATION / EXAMINATION:
Here you will discuss your condition, your health history, and your
concerns and expectations.
Dr. Lipkin will determine if he feels chiropractic care may be of
benefit. If he feels he cannot help you, he will discuss your other
options for care.
Otherwise, he will proceed with an orthopedic, neurologic, postural
and physical examination to help determine the source of your condition.
X-rays (on premise), if necessary, can be obtained and reviewed.
COUNSELING (Report of Findings):
Prior to treatment, Dr. Lipkin will discuss the results and make
recommendations. He will review alternative care options, for you
to make an informed consent.
If needed, other procedures (MRI, CT scan etc.) can be prescribed
and rendered at a local facility.
Our office participates in many insurance programs. We also accept
assignment on auto accident insurance and workers compensation cases.
To find out if your insurance covers chiropractic care, you can
call the office directly and we will qualify your insurance coverage
before your appointment. You are responsible for applicable deductibles,
copays and non-covered services.

Auto Insurance:
In cases involving automobiles (including pedestrians). We will
assist in filing claims provide the necessary forms requested by
the carrier to assign direct payment. If requested, we will cooperate
with your attorney.
Workers
Compensation:
For any injury which initiated in the course of employment.
Once we receive written authorization from your employer or carrier,
you can be treated.
We will file the necessary forms, and keep your adjuster informed
of your progress.
